In February 2024, CM&Co represented Webster Industries (“Webster”), a market-leading manufacturer of engineered class chain, sprockets and vibratory equipment for material handling and power transmission application across diverse industrial end markets, in its sale to MPE Partners.

In order to facilitate a successful sale process, CM&Co strategically positioned Webster to showcase various premium valuation-driving attributes. While CM&Co assisted the company in executing one acquisition prior to the sale process, highlighting strategic opportunities (both acquisitions and internal/organic growth) that were identified but not yet implemented further bolstered the company’s appeal in the market.
