Performance Health (“PH”) is a comprehensive-service, third-party administrator providing total health plan solutions to association (AHPs) and self-funded health plans. Performance Health strategically targets sponsors with between 10 and 250 plan members offering services such as claims adjudication, concierge services, direct-to-member prescription medication assistance, case and chronic condition management, and cost containment solutions, among others.

The company facilitates benefit administration competitive with the services of a national carrier, while also maintaining high touch points across the value chain and delivering customized solutions expected from regional TPAs.
